Middlebury’s Womxn of Color (WOC) exists to empower womxn from all walks of life, to foster community, and to provide a space where members can be their truest selves. We strive to enlighten, uplift, and support womxn of all backgrounds, while engaging the broader Middlebury community in meaningful dialogue around issues affecting womxn.

We are committed to social justice, collective action, and creating spaces of healing, joy, and critical reflection.
